At Corsica Sole, the energy transition is built with local territories
Since our creation in Corsica, we have placed local roots at the heart of every project. We are convinced that the energy transition cannot succeed without territories—without their residents, elected officials, farmers, businesses and landscapes.
Our projects are designed, financed, delivered and operated in close collaboration with local stakeholders, so that they are not only high-performing, but also useful, responsible and sustainable.

Projects designed with and for local territories
Each project begins with active consultation involving local authorities, citizens, farmers, businesses and community organisations. We firmly believe that a successful project is built collectively. Every project is unique, designed to address the specific needs of each territory, without ever applying a standardised model.
Prioritising local employment and regional expertise
We choose to mobilise local companies and talent at every stage—development, construction and operation. This approach fosters long-term local roots, creates jobs and ensures greater responsiveness on the ground.
Reducing our footprint, enhancing spaces
Our projects prioritise underused or neglected land: industrial brownfields, degraded sites and unused rooftops. We integrate concrete measures to preserve biodiversity, manage sites in an environmentally responsible way and recycle components at the end of their life cycle.
Engaging citizens in the energy transition
We encourage participatory financing to enable local residents to become directly involved in projects. This strengthens local ownership, shares the value created and helps build a truly collective energy transition.
A strong local presence at national and overseas level
Our way of working is built on a strong on-the-ground presence. Our teams, based in 12 cities across France, overseas territories and Europe—from Paris to Rome, from Bastia to Saint-Paul in Réunion Island—have a deep understanding of the specific challenges faced by each territory. This proximity ensures projects that are useful, widely accepted and that create local value.
Today, our footprint also extends to Belgium, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, the Czech Republic and Italy, reaffirming our ambition to support the energy transition at a European scale while remaining close to local realities.
This proximity enables us to:
facilitate dialogue with stakeholders,
adapt projects to local specificities,
respond quickly to expressed needs,
strengthen long-term cooperation and trust.
Positive energy with tangible benefits
Each power plant we develop generates direct benefits for local territories:
enhancement of underused land,
consultation from the very first study phases,
involvement of local residents through participatory mechanisms,
support for agriculture and local value chains,
protection of the environment and biodiversity,
creation of local jobs.
Being committed to local territories means going beyond energy production; it means designing smart, shared and sustainable projects that serve the energy transition and the people who experience it every day.

Informing, raising awareness and fostering long-term engagement
Our commitment does not end when facilities are commissioned. Throughout their entire lifecycle, we ensure ongoing monitoring and implement:
educational signage at our power plants to inform the public,
site visits for local residents and stakeholders,
awareness-raising initiatives in schools to pass on the challenges of the energy transition to younger generations.
