In the context of this form, only the personal data necessary to process your request or job application are collected. The personal data processed are as follow: first name, last name, professional telephone number and professional email address, or, in the context of a job application, personal telephone number and personal email address, company name and country, message content and documents submitted as attachments (e.g. any document relevant to your request or application, curriculum vitae, cover letter, etc.).
You are invited to submit a factual, relevant and strictly professional request and to provide only the personal data necessary to process your request or job application and to enable contact.
You are expressly requested not to disclose any sensitive personal data (within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR) or any personal data that are not necessary for the processing of your request or unrelated to your job application, in particular in the free-text message field or in any attachments.
Fields identified as mandatory are required to enable the processing of your request or job application and, where applicable, the establishment of a business relationship between professionals. Failing this, your request or job application cannot be processed.
Personal data are intended for Corsica Sole’s internal departments responsible for processing the requests or job applications received and, where applicable, for managing business relationships between professionals.
They may also be processed by technical service providers acting as data processors within the meaning of the GDPR, in particular for website hosting, the management of requests or job applications, the sending of communications related to requests or job applications and, where applicable, the management of business relationships between professionals.
Corsica Sole implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data processed.
Personal data are retained for the period necessary to process:
- your requests and, where applicable, for the duration of the business relationship between professionals;
- your job applications and, where applicable, for the duration of the recruitment process and the subsequent administrative follow-up.
