Solar energy and agrivoltaics

Our solar solutions

Supporting territories with tailored and sustainable projects

At Corsica Sole, we design, finance, build and operate photovoltaic installations adapted to each territory: ground-mounted solar power plants, agrivoltaic projects, rooftop installations, turnkey agricultural buildings, parking canopies and photovoltaic greenhouses.

Our ambition is simple: to produce local, low-carbon and competitive energy, while generating positive outcomes for our agricultural, landowning, industrial partners and local authorities.

All our solutions are built on a shared vision:

  • integrate seamlessly into the territory and its uses,
  • co-develop projects with local stakeholders,
  • ensure long-term positive impacts,
  • accelerate the energy transition in a responsible manner.

Ground-mounted solar power plants

Ground-mounted solar power plants are large-scale projects installed on available land, such as:

  • former agricultural land,
  • industrial brownfields,
  • rehabilitated quarries and landfill sites, etc.

Agrivoltaics

Agrivoltaics is an innovative solution that combines solar energy production with the continuation of agricultural activity on the same plot of land. By installing photovoltaic panels on farmland, it enables dual land use: the land remains farmed, while the panels generate renewable electricity.

Rooftop solar power plants

We install photovoltaic solutions on the roofs of livestock buildings, storage facilities and industrial sites. This approach makes it possible to produce electricity without using additional land, while maximising the value of existing surfaces.

Fully financed agricultural buildings

For farmers with suitable land, Corsica Sole offers the complete construction of new agricultural buildings (such as storage sheds, livestock buildings or equipment shelters), with no investment required on their part. In return, we use the roof to install and operate a solar power plant.

Turnkey industrial warehouses

To meet the needs of industrial and logistics players, Corsica Sole delivers new industrial warehouses, fully financed by the company.

Photovoltaic agricultural greenhouses

The Vanilla Greenhouses project in Réunion Island, developed around vanilla cultivation, illustrates an innovative agricultural model in which farming and renewable energy production coexist harmoniously. Thanks to specially designed photovoltaic canopies, crops benefit from a controlled microclimate that supports their development, while enabling sustainable energy generation from the land.

Parking canopies

Solar canopies cover car parks while producing energy. They transform parking areas into productive infrastructure, without impacting available land.
