Governance

It all began in 2008, on the terrace of a café in Corsica. Two childhood friends, driven by a shared vision, decided to embark on a bold adventure: producing solar energy where it is most needed.

At the time, solar power was still in its early days. Technologies were not yet widely accessible, funding was scarce, and challenges were numerous. But they never doubted.

In 2009, Corsica Sole was founded. From the very beginning, the objective was clear: to combine innovation, sustainability and local roots in order to transform territories through low-carbon, renewable energy.

Today, thanks to recognised expertise and a passionate team, Corsica Sole has become a key player in the energy transition. With projects across Corsica, mainland France, overseas territories and Europe, the company continues to write its story, driven by a simple yet ambitious mission: to build a sustainable energy future.

For Corsica Sole, the future is clear: to offer all territories the opportunity to achieve energy sovereignty through sustainable and accessible solutions. This involves advances in innovative technologies such as energy storage and hydrogen, but above all a strong human and collective commitment—supporting territories in meeting the challenges of the energy transition.

More than a figure, this objective represents a shared dream: to make a concrete contribution to a world powered 100% by renewable energy.

Executive Committee

Committed governance in support of the energy transition

At Corsica Sole, the Executive Committee embodies our vision of an efficient, responsible energy transition rooted in local territories. Comprising the heads of our key departments — development, operations, finance, legal, operations & maintenance, and human resources — it steers the company’s strategy with rigour and commitment.

United by a shared ambition, its members combine complementary expertise with a deep understanding of energy challenges to design sustainable, innovative solutions tailored to local realities.

The Executive Committee meets regularly to define strategic priorities, arbitrate major projects and ensure governance based on transparency, technical performance and positive impact for local territories.

True to its environmental and social commitments, Corsica Sole places responsibility, diversity of profiles and ethics at the heart of its governance. Together, we are building a resilient energy model in the service of future generations.
