Job description

Reporting to the Director of Real Estate and Business Legal Affairs, as a contract law attorney, you will help ensure the soundness and optimization of contractual commitments. You will also participate in cross-functional projects, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and commercial litigation.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Contract Law:

  • Drafting and negotiating partnerships, commercial agreements, confidentiality agreements, contracts related to the construction and operation of solar power plants, etc.;
  • Reviewing and negotiating contracts of all kinds: confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, memorandums of understanding (MoUs), supply contracts.

Cross-functional Projects:

  • GDPR: Advising on and overseeing all aspects of GDPR compliance; raising awareness across all company departments regarding obligations and best practices related to personal data protection.
  • Commercial Litigation: Managing litigation cases from the filing of a complaint through the enforcement of court decisions; analyzing litigation cases, identifying risks, and proposing appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

With a graduate degree in business law or contract law, you have at least 10 years of experience, particularly in the renewable energy sector.

You are fluent in spoken and written English.

You have a solid understanding of contract law.

With strong organizational skills, you know how to manage your priorities and handle multiple processes simultaneously. Recognized for your writing skills, you possess strong analytical and synthesis abilities. Dynamic and meticulous, you are able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
