Strategy & Innovation

  • Expert monitoring: Actively track technical, technological and regulatory developments in the sector at an international level, in order to inspire and inform our projects.
  • Innovation: Propose creative, relevant and context-appropriate agronomic and technical solutions (crops, livestock systems, equipment), tailored to the Corsican agricultural environment, in collaboration with suppliers and institutions.
  • Support: Provide support to prospection and development teams, in particular by contributing to the preparation and monitoring of project application files.

Project Prospection & Development

  • Prospection support: Contribute to site selection and the pre-assessment of agricultural projects proposed by prospects.
  • Technical structuring: Lead the preparation of the agricultural components of project dossiers (agricultural reports, EPA, EFTE, environmental impact studies, etc.), in close partnership with farmers and internal teams.
  • Agronomic consistency: Supervise agricultural studies, ensure the relevance of projects and oversee their proper implementation from development through to execution.

Network & Representation

  • Key contact: Build and maintain a strong network with agricultural stakeholders in Corsica (Chamber of Agriculture, trade unions, institutions, farmers).
  • Representation: Present and defend our agrivoltaic projects to all stakeholders, with the support of the development team.
  • Sector contribution: Actively participate in working groups aimed at shaping the future of the agrivoltaic sector.

Profile Sought

You hold a higher qualification in agronomy (Engineering degree or Master’s) or a BTS in Agriculture supplemented by significant professional experience (at least 2–3 years) in rural project development. You have a solid understanding of the agricultural sector, ideally with specific knowledge of the Corsican context.

You have a well-established local network in Corsica.

Highly autonomous and well organised, you are able to manage several projects simultaneously. You are recognised for your proactivity, creativity and rigour.

Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for this role.

Good command of Microsoft Office and QGIS would be an advantage.

You have a strong interest in renewable energies and are keen to make a tangible contribution to the territory’s energy transition.
