Job description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will serve as a Solar PV and Energy Storage Operations Specialist.

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Monitoring the day-to-day operation of the entire solar PV and energy storage asset portfolio;
• Identifying faults and alarms through the central monitoring platform;
• Maintaining and updating the operations logbook;
• Assisting with the configuration and optimization of the monitoring platform;
• Supporting the analysis and diagnosis of technical issues;
• Monitoring energy production and analyzing plant performance indicators;
• Managing the invoicing process for the electricity generated;
• Acting as a key point of contact with various stakeholders (EDF, security monitoring providers, maintenance teams, etc.);
• Participating in the operational on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends.

Candidate profile

You hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+3) in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. You are either a recent graduate or have one to two years of experience in renewable energy, photovoltaics, or operations and maintenance activities.

You have a good understanding of and practical experience with:

• Photovoltaic technologies and systems;
• IT and digital tools;
• Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

With strong organizational and analytical skills, you can effectively manage priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Dynamic and detail-oriented, you are capable of working independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset.
