Corsica Sole’s Operations and International Expansion Team comes into play at the pivotal moment when each project moves from the design phase to implementation. Once projects are fully permitted, the team takes charge of all the steps required to turn plans into fully operational installations, ready to deliver sustainable energy.

With strong expertise in project management, logistics and resource coordination, the Operations and International Expansion Team ensures that every detail is optimised, from works planning through to commissioning. Its role is essential in meeting deadlines, guaranteeing high quality standards and ensuring on-site safety, in close collaboration with technical teams and local partners.

Technical and grid access team

The Technical and Grid Access Team at Corsica Sole is a driving force behind innovation and performance within the company. With an in-house engineering office, the team brings together all the expertise required to design, develop and adapt our solar infrastructures to local needs and site-specific constraints, ensuring optimised, tailor-made solutions for every project.

At the heart of our strategy is our Energy Management System (EMS), designed and operated by the technical team. This intelligent system enables real-time monitoring and optimisation of energy production and distribution across our installations, maximising energy efficiency while enhancing the reliability of our operations.

Specialists in engineering and project management, our technical experts are dedicated to designing, installing and optimising solar infrastructures in order to maximise renewable energy production and meet the most demanding standards.

The Technical and Grid Access Team works closely with all other Corsica Sole departments to ensure seamless coordination between project design, operations and maintenance. Energy markets optimisation team

The Energy Markets Optimisation Team plays a key role in the economic performance of Corsica Sole’s assets. It is responsible for optimising the sale of electricity generated by our solar plants and storage solutions, taking into account market mechanisms, regulatory frameworks and available value-creation opportunities.

Thanks to in-depth knowledge of energy markets and continuous monitoring of their evolution, the team analyses, anticipates and implements the most appropriate optimisation strategies for each asset. It works closely with the technical and operations teams to adjust the operating modes of the installations and maximise their long-term value.

Through its expertise, the Energy Markets Optimisation Team directly contributes to the economic viability of projects, while supporting the growing integration of renewable energies into power systems.

Hydrogen team

Corsica Sole’s Hydrogen Team is dedicated to the development of innovative projects centred on green hydrogen, a key complementary lever for the decarbonisation of energy uses. The team is involved across the entire value chain, from feasibility studies through to project structuring and deployment.

Working closely with technical and finance teams as well as institutional partners, the Hydrogen Team designs solutions tailored to the needs of territories and industrial stakeholders.
