In 2021, I applied to Corsica Sole for a position as Solar and Storage Project Manager, but there was no immediate need at the time.

Recognising the value of my profile, the company offered me the opportunity to join the development team for one year, while waiting for projects related to my area of expertise to become operational.

This opportunity allowed me to develop key skills in schedule management, patience, and adapting my communication to different stakeholders, which has proved essential for my role.

In 2022, I joined the Project Manager position as planned. The transition was smooth, as my responsibilities had already been shaped with my career progression in mind.
